Step by Step Process of How it Works

1. Mutual Agreement
   The parties agree to the Terms and Conditions. Before starting the process, both buyer and seller review and accept our standard guidelines to ensure a safe and transparent experience for everyone.
2. Transaction Initiation
   The Buyer registers with eCarsaito Traders to initiate the secure transaction process. Once the registration form is submitted, our team will verify the details for accuracy. Upon confirmation, eCarsaito Traders will issue an official invoice to the Buyer, including comprehensive transaction details and secure payment instructions.
3. Shipping & Logistics Management
   eCarsaito Traders initiates the shipping process and provides real-time updates on your transaction. We will notify you via email regarding any progress and provide the necessary tracking information immediately. Our team actively monitors the delivery to verify that the Buyer has received the shipment in perfect condition.
4. Inspection & Final Acceptance
   The Buyer inspects the product to ensure it meets all agreed-upon standards. Upon delivery, an inspection period is granted to allow the Buyer to verify the condition of the item. Once the Buyer confirms their satisfaction, eCarsaito Traders finalizes the transaction, fulfilling all conditions of the Sale & Purchase agreement.
5. Secure Fund Release & Completion
   Once the item is officially accepted, eCarsaito Traders finalizes the transaction by releasing the funds to the Seller. Following the Buyer's confirmation notice, our department securely processes the payment to ensure a successful conclusion for both parties. The transaction is then marked as complete.

Shipping & Logistics Policy

We typically handle transportation through our dedicated forwarding services to ensure maximum security. According to the eCarsaito Traders policy, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the Seller and are deducted from the sale price, allowing us to offer the Buyer a completely free delivery experience. Simply put: if an item is in our storage, it is verified and ready for immediate dispatch to your location.

Local inspections and viewings are welcome before initiating a transaction and are available strictly by appointment. We ask our customers to understand that a scheduled inspection involves a coordinated effort, including dedicated staff to answer your questions and technical team assistance to provide any necessary equipment. Payment Policy

Once a transaction is initiated, you will receive a formal Invoice containing all transaction details and specific instructions on how to complete your payment.
We accept Bank Transfers, Debit/Credit Cards, and PayPal. While we accept several payment methods, we recommend Bank Transfers for the most secure and efficient experience:

• Bank Transfers (Recommended): This is the preferred method for high-value transactions involving vehicles, boats, and heavy equipment.It is immediate, reliable, and provides a clear legal paper trail. Both parties are automatically verified by their respective banks, ensuring that funds are handled within a secure, regulated framework. For our clients, this means higher transfer limits and faster processing times for major acquisitions.
• Debit/Credit Cards:Using a card is a quick and convenient way to handle smaller transactions. Most providers offer integrated buyer protection, making it a familiar and widely accepted choice for immediate payments.
• PayPal:A globally recognized platform that offers additional layers of security and dispute resolution features for your peace of mind.
