- Refund Method: All refunds are issued as Money Back. The payout will be processed via the original payment method used (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Check) unless otherwise agreed.
- Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received. It must be unused, unaltered, and accompanied by all original documentation provided at the time of delivery.
- Processing: Once the return is verified and the condition is confirmed by our technical team, the reversal of funds is initiated immediately to ensure a secure and transparent conclusion to the transaction.
